Who should attend: Young adults with disabilities in transition and up to 2 family members

Mapping Your Future is a FREE event for learning about navigating the transition from school to employment, independent living, and further education, and to connect with the community service providers that are there to support you every step of the way! Youth with disabilities in transition and up to two family members are invited to select which half of the day fits their needs and join us for some fantastic content!

Youth in Middle/High School (9 AM-12:30 PM) - Register here
