Local Interagency Transition teams (e.g., LEA, SCVRD, DDSN, parent centers, CILs, employers, youth, families) of 2 – 10 people will gain knowledge and skills specific to Collaborative Planning; School-Based Preparatory Experiences; Career Preparation & Work-Based Learning Experiences; Youth Development & Leadership; Connecting Activities; and Family Involvement & Supports in an effort to target improved transition services, and improved postsecondary outcomes for youth with disabilities.

Lunch on both Monday and Tuesday is included with your registration.
This year’s conference will once again include breakout sessions and facilitated team planning time.
